Replacement and Refund Policy
Our goal is your satisfaction, and we like to clarify things from the beginning to make you comfortable. Our policy complies with the Saudi E-commerce Law.
1. Ready-made products (not customized)
You have the right to replace or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging.
2. Customized products (by name or special design)
Since they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, they are not eligible for replacement or refund — except in case of a manufacturing defect or discrepancy from the approved specifications. (This exception is your guaranteed right by law.)
3. If we are unable to fulfill the order
In rare cases, we may be unable to fulfill your order — such as: an unfeasible design technically, unavailability of the required material, a pricing or description error, or suspicion of fraud. In this case, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative, or cancel the order and refund your full amount within 3-7 working days.
4. Damaged or defective product upon receipt
⚠️ Very important: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After 24 hours, it becomes difficult to prove that the damage occurred during shipping, and we may not be able to accept the request.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp.
Send clear photos of the product + the outer carton + the order number.
After verification, we will replace it or refund your full amount along with shipping fees — on us.
5. Warranty for illuminated and electrical products
Products containing lighting or electrical parts are guaranteed to work upon receipt. If they stop working due to a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receipt → we will repair or replace them free of charge. The warranty does not cover misuse or use of the product for unintended purposes.
6. Steps for replacement or refund

Send a photo of the product + the order number.
After confirmation, we will arrange pickup or send a replacement.
Return shipping fees are on the customer — unless the product is damaged or defective, then we cover the cost.
7. Refund
Transferred within 3-7 working days to the same payment method used.
In case of a credit card, the bank may take additional time to show the amount in your statement.
